 When we are old, our feet should remain strong 

When we are old / grow aged, we should always not be frightened of our hair turning grey (or) skin sagging (or) wrinkles. We should pay special attention to the exercise of our legs so that our legs remain strong.

Among the signs of *longevity*, as summarized by the US Magazine "Prevention", strong leg muscles are listed on the absolute best , because the foremost vital and essential one.

If you're doing not move your legs for 2 weeks, your leg strength will decrease by 10 years.

When our leg muscles become weak, after exercise, it will take a long time to heal.

The whole weight of our body is on our legs.

The foot could also be a quite *pillars*, bearing the load of the human body.

The largest and strongest joints and bones of the human body are also within the legs.
